Erica Lurie-Hurvitz
Director of Public Policy

Ms. Lurie-Hurvitz is the Director of Public Policy and runs the ZERO TO THREE Policy Center, a nonpartisan, research-based resource for federal and state policymakers on the unique developmental needs of infants and toddlers. She serves on the organization’s Senior Management Team and directs the federal and state policy work of the organization to ensure it is meeting the organization’s goals in a high quality, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Ms. Lurie-Hurvitz has been with ZERO TO THREE for fifteen years. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center and is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Connecticut. She received her Bachelors Degree from Haverford College. She serves on the Board of Directors of DC Action for Kids and the School for Friends.
