Senior Advisor, Development & Communications

Michelle Payne is the Chief Development Officer of ZERO TO THREE.  Prior to joining the organization, she served as the Associate Vice President of Development at the National Wildlife Federation where she managed a staff of 40 fundraising professionals responsible for raising $30 million in revenues for the Federation last year.

As a mother of three, Ms. Payne holds a firm belief in the role that adults—parents, guardians and caregivers—play in shaping the positive growth and development of children from infancy on.
