National Staff

Lucy Hudson.  Lucy Hudson is the Court Team’s Project Director.  She joined the Court Team project in 2006 as the Project Coordinator of the Court Team.  Prior to the Court Team project, Lucy worked as the Senior Project Manager for a Juvenile Justice Resource Center as Aspen Systems Corporation.  There she coordinated staff, resources and services needed to support the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency prevention.  Prior to that, she worked at the Center for the Study of Social Policy, directing a two- year effort to learn about and expand the models of court-based, drop in child care.  She also worked as a Project Director on the Massachusetts Trial Court Child Care Project, as a Child Care Policy Specialist in the Massachusetts Office for Children, and as the Director of Central School, a multicultural child care center in Cambridge, MA.  She received her masters of science in day care administration from Wheelock College.

Katrine Herrick.  Katrine Herrick is the Project Coordinator for the Court Team for Maltreated Infants and Toddlers.  She initially joined the Court Team in the Summer of 2010 as an intern and officially joined the staff in October 2010 as the Database Coordinator.  Prior to the Court Teams, Katrine was a lobbyist at NETWORK, A National Catholic Social Justice Lobby.  She completed her undergraduate degree at Villanova University and her dual Masters degree in Child Development and Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning at Tufts University in Medford, MA
