Aidan H. Bohlander
Aidan Bohlander, PhD, LICSW, is a Senior Content Specialist in the Professional Development and Workforce Innovations department at ZERO TO THREE.
In her current role, Dr. Bohlander creates and delivers multi-disciplinary professional development opportunities for individuals who work with infants and toddlers nationwide. Dr. Bohlander enjoys teaching and facilitating discussions and has taught courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level. She has previously practiced clinical social work with families and their young children in metropolitan Washington, DC.
Dr. Bohlander received her Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Michigan, with a concentration in interpersonal practice with children, youth, and families. She recently completed her doctorate in social work from the Catholic University of America, where she studied the long-term effects of early parenting practices on self-regulation and overall child well-being. Dr. Bohlander’s dissertation research was presented at the 2016 World Infant Mental Health Association meeting in Prague.
