Andrea Hart is Director of Grants and Contracts at ZERO TO THREE.
Andrea Hart serves as Director of Grants and Contracts. As a member of the Finance team, she provides oversight of ZERO TO THREE’s grants and contracts portfolio, including budget and cost proposal development, financial management and analysis, contract management and negotiation, and reporting and compliance. She collaborates with staff across departments to ensure efficient procurement procedures, awards administration, and compliance with evolving Federal rules and regulations.
Prior to joining ZERO TO THREE, Andrea served as Contract Specialist II for FHI 360 in Washington, DC where she administered a portfolio of U.S. Government and private foundation awards supporting global health initiatives in Africa and Asia. As Assistant Director of G&C Administration at the Fund for Public Health in New York, she provided fiscal and contractual oversight of the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s grant funded initiatives designed to strengthen health systems and improve health outcomes for all New Yorkers. Early in her career, Andrea served in various program management roles at public health, global health, and health policy organizations in New York City.
Andrea earned a Master of Science in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School’s Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
