Janice Im is the Chief Program Officer at ZERO TO THREE.
As the Chief Program Officer, Janice is responsible for oversight of ZERO TO THREE’s Program Division and California Office, which is currently comprised of ZERO TO THREE’s HealthySteps program, Military Families Department, Parenting Resources Department, and Leadership Development Institute; the Office of Head Start’s National Center for Early Childhood Development, Teaching and Learning; and the organization’s work on the Administration for Children & Families’ Programmatic Assistance for Tribal Home Visiting (PATH).
Ms. Im brings over 20 years of experience as a leader in the early childhood field. Prior to her role as Chief Program Officer, Ms. Im directed two large research grants funded through the U.S. Department of Education and served as faculty for the University of Maryland University College and the Graduate School of Education at George Mason University. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Family and Child Development from Virginia Tech.
