Kathy Reschke, Ph.D., is the Senior Manager of Content Development for the Professional Development and Workforce Innovations (PDWI) department at ZERO TO THREE.
In this role, Dr. Reschke works closely with the PDWI co-directors to conceptualize, develop, implement, and enhance ZERO TO THREE’s competency-based professional development products and services. She collaborates with the PDWI Senior Manager of Content Delivery and other department staff during piloting and revision of products and planning for delivery.
Additionally, she collaborates and coordinates with external contractors and partners in the development of print-based and online professional development products and services. She also works collaboratively with other ZERO TO THREE content development and production teams across departments, including Policy, Programs, and Products and Innovation.
Previous positions include faculty at University of Cincinnati and the Ohio State University, as well as contracted work in professional development product and services creation for several entities, including the State of Ohio and the Ohio Child Care Resource and Referral Agency, the USDA Cooperative Extension Service (Military Families Learning Network), and Penn State Cooperative Extension (Better Kid Care). Dr. Reschke holds a B.S. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Iowa and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Early Childhood Education from Iowa State University.
