In this role, Dr. Reschke contributes to the design and development of ZERO TO THREE’s multi-disciplinary, competency-based professional development products and services for individuals and organizations. She is first author of the ZERO TO THREE Critical Competencies for Infant-Toddler Educators™ Course Textbook and developed the content for the Critical Competencies for Infant-Toddler Educators™ Online Course and Coaching Program.

Dr. Reschke currently works with the HealthySteps National Office to create professional development products for HealthySteps Specialists and stakeholders. She also contributes to the design of virtual training for early childhood professionals for the Professional Development and Workforce Innovations (PDWI) department.

Additionally, she collaborates and coordinates with external contractors and partners in the development of print-based and online professional development products and services. She also works collaboratively with other ZERO TO THREE content development and production teams across Program, Policy, and Business Operations departments.

Dr. Reschke also serves as Editorial Assistant for the ZERO TO THREE Journal. In this capacity, she edits Crib Notes, the monthly newsletter to members, and provides assistance to the editor in development of each issue of the ZERO TO THREE Journal.

Previous positions include faculty at University of Cincinnati and the Ohio State University, as well as contracted work in professional development product and services creation for several entities, including the State of Ohio and the Ohio Child Care Resource and Referral Agency, the USDA Cooperative Extension Service (Military Families Learning Network), and Penn State Cooperative Extension (Better Kid Care). Dr. Reschke holds a B.S. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Iowa and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Early Childhood Education from Iowa State University.
