Shauna Reinhart, MPA, is a Senior Research Analyst for HealthySteps.
Shauna has worked for children’s service organizations for more than a decade. She joined ZERO TO THREE IN 2015 and works to strengthen the evidence base for HealthySteps. She supports HealthySteps sites during annual reporting and directs ongoing research and evaluation projects across the country. She has also worked to support the Prenatal to Age 5 Workforce Development Project. Shauna’s background is in supporting research and conducting evaluation and continuous quality improvement projects. Shauna is a passionate child advocate who uses her skills to ensure that all children reach their full potential.
Shauna began her career at a children’s mental health organization working on projects to improve the agency’s clinical services. Later she worked for Pennsylvania’s child welfare system leading research studies and evaluations on social work practice, training, and organizational development. She also led the evaluation that helped to secure Pennsylvania’s Children’s Justice Act funds from the Administration for Children and Families (ACF).
Shauna holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with concentrations in Public Policy Research and Analysis and Personnel Management and Labor Relations, from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. Shauna is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and she’s the Ultimate, Coolest Aunt to Xavier and Rowan, who say their Aunt is fun to play with and uses her awesome research skills to find the coolest stuff to do and yummy things to eat, like chocolate chip cookies the size of their heads.
