Dr. Joy D. Osofsky is a Paul J. Ramsay Chair and professor, pediatrics and psychiatry, Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, New Orleans; head, Division of Pediatric Mental Health; director, LSUHSC Harris Center for Infant Mental Health in New Orleans; faculty member, New Orleans Psychoanalytic Institute and adjunct professor, Department of Psychology, University of New Orleans. She is also a board member of ZERO TO THREE.
