Social-Emotional Health & Well-being: California’s Babies and Families

California is home to over 1.4 million infants and toddlers, representing 3.6 percent of the state’s population; and while California continues to implement strong policies to promote good health there’s an incredible opportunity to further strengthen support for infant, toddlers and their family’s mental health and well-being.

During this webinar, experts from the California Children’s Trust and ZERO TO THREE discussed the social and emotional well-being of babies and families in California and how the California budget and policies are responding to the needs of infants, toddlers, and families.
