The Prenatal to Age 5 Cross-Sector Core Competencies Project focused on five early childhood work sectors. It identified eight core competencies to support coordinated and collaborative services for each family.

Training in the eight cross-sector core competency domains builds shared knowledge, skills, and attitudes that promote effective cross-sector collaboration on behalf of children age birth to 5 and their families.
