ZERO TO THREE Fellows are diverse, early and mid-career leaders who possess the passion and will-power to create positive change in programs, systems, and policies affecting the well-being of infants, toddlers, and their families.
We seek a broad spectrum of candidates, including those who identify as a member of an underrepresented population, serve children and families in underrepresented populations, reside in diverse geographic locations, and represent a diversity of disciplines.
We seek leaders with experience and the potential to create change in the following fields:

- Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health
- Child Welfare
- Parent Advocacy
- Home vising
- Public Policy
- Early Intervention
- Counseling/Social Work
- Community Activists/Organizers

Accepted candidates will develop a Vision for Change in their professional context and take concrete steps to promote that change through collaboration and partnerships with our growing professional network of leaders across roles, disciplines, and sectors.
