Professional Resource

Benefits of Fellowship

The fellowship provides a vast array of experiences to deepen your knowledge and skills, expand your network, and transform your influence as a leader and change agent.

Experiential and Reflective Retreats

Four retreats, each 3 days in length, held in the DC metro area provide opportunities for the fellowship class to engage in shared learning around core content areas and reflection on issues of leadership, collective action, self-awareness, and professional aspirations.

Individualized Coaching, Self-directed and Virtual Learning

Monthly individualized coaching, assigned readings, monthly fellows’ group meetings, webinars, and other networking experiences provide opportunities for extended learning around core content and other areas of interest between retreats.

Relationship-Building and Networking

The fellowship provides opportunities to build deep and substantive relationships with members of the fellowship class as well as with ZERO TO THREE staff, Board members, and Academy Fellows.

ZERO TO THREE Professional Meetings

As part of the fellowship experience, Fellows will attend the ZERO TO THREE Annual Conference and the Annual Spring Scientific Meeting. These professional development opportunities serve to deepen your knowledge and expand your professional network.

Individualized Mentoring

We are committed to ensuring that each Fellow receives the support necessary for a successful fellowship experience. Based on the unique need(s) of each Fellow, they will be connected to a ZTT staff member, Academy Fellow, or Board member who can provide support and/or mentoring.
