Benefits of ZERO TO THREE Fellowship

The fellowship provides a vast array of experiences to deepen your knowledge and skills, expand your network, and transform your influence as a leader and change agent.

Experiential and Reflective Retreats

Over 18 months, Fellows attend four retreats in the DC-metro area. These retreats provide opportunities for the Fellows to engage in shared learning around core content areas and reflection on issues of leadership, collective action, self-awareness, and professional aspirations.

Coaching and Mentoring

Fellows receive monthly individualized strategic coaching focused on advancement of the vision for change. In addition, Fellows have assigned readings, monthly small group virtual meetings. Additional networking experiences provide opportunities for extended learning around core content and other areas of interests.

Relationship-Building and Networking

Fellows have many opportunities to build deep and substantive relationships with each other as well as with ZERO TO THREE Staff, Board members, and Academy Fellows.


ZERO TO THREE Professional Meetings

Fellows attend the ZERO TO THREE Annual Conference and the Annual Spring Scientific Meeting. These professional development opportunities serve to deepen your knowledge and expand your professional network.
