Babies Under Threat of Detention
Babies at the border need your voice as a Proposed Rule threatens essential child protections!

In September, the Administration published plans to circumvent rules, established under the Flores Settlement Agreement, that ensure migrant children in government custody are treated humanely and released quickly. The proposed changes would wipe away protections for migrant children in the company of their parents, allowing them to be incarcerated indefinitely in detention facilities.
Advocates have until Tuesday, November 6th to submit their public comments in opposition to these harmful proposed changes. Please note that comments must be “unique,” offered in your own words, or they will not be counted. Use the guidance and resources below to Be A Big Voice for Little Kids™ at the border.
If you have further questions about how to submit comments, contact us.
