Re-Release Request For Applications For A State Expansion Grant
The National Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP), operated by ZERO TO THREE, is re-releasing a funding opportunity for one additional state seeking to implement infant-toddler court teams based on the Safe Babies Court Team™ (SBCT) approach
In this resource
Infant-toddler court teams using the SBCT™ approach provide a trauma-informed, collaborative, problem-solving structure for meeting the developmental needs of very young children in foster care or at risk of removal from the home and strengthening their families. With support from the Health Resources and Services Administration Maternal and Child Health Bureau, this funding is being made available to one new state seeking to implement an infant-toddler court team. The purpose of this funding is to enhance and expand state capacity for best practices that drive improved outcomes for very young children and families involved with the child welfare system and dependency court.
The ZERO TO THREE National Resource Center for the ITCP re-released the Request for State Expansion Applications on August 19th. Applications are due on September 16th by 5pm EST to Janie Huddleston at firstname.lastname@example.org.
