Traditional and Grassroots Advocates Join Forces in New Community of Practice

In February, the Alliance for Early Success and ZERO TO THREE launched the Emerging Leaders in Infant and Toddler Policy Community of Practice (CoP).

State pairs, comprised of Alliance state grantees and in-state grassroots allies, applied for the cohort with the goal of creating transformational, sustainable policy change through partnerships grounded in racial equity and the experiences of those working in the sector.

Members from Alabama, Idaho, Maryland, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wyoming will meet online throughout 2022. Pairs will have the opportunity to apply for mini grants from the Alliance for partnership projects to strengthen relationships, expand organizational capacity to advocate, deepen family engagement in advocacy, and increase racial equity knowledge. Learn more about this new cohort.
