The Safe Babies Court Team™ Approach: Informing Quality Improvement Center for Research-Based Infant-Toddler Court Teams
In 2014, ZERO TO THREE and its partner organizations received funding from the United States Administration on Children, Youth and Families, Children's Bureau, to operate the QIC-CT.
The QIC-CT project provides intensive training and technical assistance to fully develop and expand research-based infant-toddler court teams based on the Safe Babies Court Team approach in 12 demonstration sites.
The QIC-CT researches, analyzes and disseminates findings from their experience with each site, including identifying which findings are transferable to both state and local child welfare systems and courts across the country.
