The purpose of the Infant/Toddler Incentive Program is to increase the number of infant/toddler child care spaces available to low-income families.
The purpose of the Infant/Toddler Incentive Program is to increase the number of infant/toddler child care spaces available to low-income families. Child care centers that enroll a certain percentage of infants and toddlers (ages 6 weeks to 30 months) who are participating in the Illinois Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) can qualify for a 10% add-on to the standard CCAP daily reimbursement rate.
