All ads should be set up as CMYK with no spot colors. Any PMS or spot colors should be converted to a CMYK build. ** Except Banner ads, which should be set as RGB color profile.
Preferred file type: High resolution (300 dpi) PDF with crop marks, 0.125" bleed and all fonts included.
Also acceptable: EPS files with crop marks, 0.125" bleed and all fonts converted to outlines.
|ISSUES||DIGITAL ARTWORK DUE|
As an ADVERTISER, I agree to the following:
PAYMENT POLICY. Full payment for all Advertisement placements must be received within 30 days of submission of the Advertisement or 60 days prior to the first day of the publication month, whichever is sooner. All purchases are nonrefundable. ZERO TO THREE (ZTT) reserves the right to refuse the Advertisement placement if payment is not received by the deadline.
ADVERTISEMENT POLICY. Customer will submit its Advertisement to ZTT 60 days prior to the first day of the publication month. Customer warrants that the Advertisement: will not violate any law or regulation including all advertising rules and regulations; and, does not contain any material which is unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, lewd, obscene, threatening, defamatory or libelous or constitute unfair competition or unfair trade practice. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZTT, its officers, directors, sublicensees, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, and all costs resulting or arising from the breach of the warranties in the Advertisement Policy. ZTT shall provide notice to Customer promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist Customer, at Customer’s expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding. ZTT reserves the right to reject or terminate the display of an Advertisement if it fails to conform to applicable laws and regulations, ZTT’s policies, ZTT’s mission or the public interest. If ZTT rejects the Advertisement then this Agreement shall be deemed terminated and ZTT will return advertising fees to Customer. The refund of those fees shall be the sole remedy for the termination of this Agreement.
CORRECTIONS. Customer is responsible for checking advertising copy for corrections and providing ZTT with prompt written notice of errors or changes. ZTT does NOT warrant that it will be able to correct all reported defects.
ENDORSEMENT OF PRODUCTS BY ZERO TO THREE. Advertising does not in any way mean that ZTT supports and/or endorses your product, service, company or organization. Advertisements shall not imply that a product, service, company or organization is endorsed or supported in any way by ZTT.
PARTICIPATION. Participation does not entitle the company or organization to influence the content planning of the ZERO TO THREE Journal.
