Presentations from the National Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP) and officials at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of Education will provide participants with: updates on programs receiving increases through ARPA that are relevant to infants, toddlers, and their families; and guidance on using the ITCP Federal Funding Guide to identify opportunities to strengthen Infant-Toddler Court Teams and/or expand access to services for families in Infant-Toddler Court Teams.
