The author is an experienced early childhood educator and researcher with over two decades in the field. With advanced degrees in child development, family studies, and early childhood education, as well as specialized certifications in Montessori, infant well-being, and birth support, her work bridges practice and scholarship. She has taught in a variety of early childhood settings and now prepares future educators in higher education. Her research focuses on mindfulness as a practical tool for strengthening emotional resilience in caregivers and creating more attuned, responsive environments for young children.
