Lisa Mennet

Founder and Clinical Director, Cooper House

Lisa Mennet, PhD, is Founder and Clinical Director of Cooper House, a clinic that provides infant mental health services and integrated occupational therapy services to families with infants and toddlers. Dr. Mennet also provides clinical consultation to mental health and affiliated professionals.

Contributions to the Field

Dr. Mennet is a leader in the area of infant mental health in the Northwest. In addition to founding Cooper House, she played key roles in the creation of the Barnard Center on Infant Mental Health and Development and the Washington Association for Infant Mental Health. She recently brought the Fussy Baby Network model to Cooper House, whose therapists are now offering these services throughout King County. In addition to providing direct clinical services to young children and their families, she has taught and lectured for a number of organizations in the Seattle area, including the University of Washington Schools of Social Work and Nursing, Washington DSHS, and local psychoanalytic institutes. She currently provides reflective consultation to the Nurse-Family Partnership program in King County.
