Just 10 miles from downtown, BWI is the closest and most convenient airport for LEARN attendees. It’s well-connected, easy to navigate, and offers plenty of nonstop flights.
From BWI to Downtown Baltimore:
🚆 Light RailLink: Direct and affordable ($2), the Light Rail runs from BWI to downtown in about 30–35 minutes—no transfers needed.
🚖 Rideshare & Taxis: Uber, Lyft, and taxis are easy to find outside baggage claim. Rides downtown usually take 20–25 minutes and cost around $25–$35.
🚐 Shuttle Services: Great for groups or solo travelers who prefer a scheduled pickup. Multiple companies operate shared and private shuttles from the airport.
🚘 Car Rentals: If you’re planning to explore beyond the city, the airport offers easy access to rental cars via a quick shuttle ride.
🚄 MARC Train (Weekdays): A great option if you’re coming from D.C.—the Camden Line connects BWI Rail Station to downtown Baltimore and Union Station in D.C.
