The RIOS is an accessible, research-based, and evidence-informed framework for anyone wanting to deeply understand the reflective content and processes in a reflective session. The RIOS Framework is a visual representation of the Essential Elements and Collaborative Tasks, which can be used as an easy visual reference before, during, or after a reflective session. The RIOSTM Reflection Self-Check helps professionals quickly reflect on and capture the substance of an individual reflective session, and help track reflective work over time. More details about using both of these resources can be found in the book.
