Convened in 2024, the P-5 Policy Network is a multi-sector national network of service organizations, advocates and community leaders united in taking collective action to protect the earliest years of life.

We work together to advance evidence-based federal policies and programs that support babies, young children, and the adults who care for them, because when families are supported early, outcomes improve for everyone.
