Promoting Literacy And language with Your child
You are the most important person to your child. Your child wants and needs to feel close to you. Your child’s brain grows when you love her. When you comfort her and make her feel special, she is able to learn.
Here’s what you can do:
Take time to make hellos and good-byes special. It reminds him that he is loved even when you are not together.
Talk to your child’s teacher about ways she can make your child feel safe and welcome.
