About the Fellowship
Join our network of diverse leaders who have the knowledge and passion to be change agents in the lives of infants, toddlers and their families.
Who We Are
ZERO TO THREE is a national, nonprofit organization that provides parents, professionals, and policymakers the knowledge and know-how to nurture early development. We are unique in our multidisciplinary approach to child development. Our emphasis on bringing together the perspectives of many fields is rooted in the robust research showing that all domains of development are interdependent and work together to promote a child’s overall health and well-being in the context of their family and culture.
The ZERO TO THREE Fellowship is a premier leadership experience committed to supporting professionals across disciplines and sectors to be “change agents” in transforming programs, systems, and policies that impact the lives of infants, toddlers, and their families. Over the 32-year history of the fellowship, more than 300 national and international leaders are alumni of this esteemed network and continue to impact the lives of babies and young children in profound ways. Our alumni also maintain lifetime relationships with other Fellows and ZERO TO THREE Board members and Staff through the Academy of ZERO TO THREE Fellows.
Is the Fellowship Right for You?
ZERO TO THREE seeks diverse, early and mid-career leaders (5 years or more professional experience) who possess the passion and will-power to use their professional position to advance positive change in programs, systems, and policies affecting the well-being of infants, toddlers, and their families. Ideal candidates are eager to innovate, take and manage risks, listen and learn, inspire others, and embrace challenge.
Established in 2012, the Academy of ZERO TO THREE Fellows is the network of fellowship graduates.
