ZERO TO THREE is committed to creating a diverse fellowship class that reflects the broad diversity of the infant-family field.
ZERO TO THREE seeks diverse, early and mid-career (5 years to 15 years of professional experience) leaders who are passionate and driven toward the goal of advancing just and positive change in programs, systems, and policies affecting the well-being of young children and their families. Fellows are eager and willing to be catalysts for systems and policy change in their professional context and community through collaboration and partnership across roles, disciplines, and sectors. Fellows are eager to innovate, take and manage risks, listen and learn, inspire others, and embrace challenge and personal growth.
Consistent with ZERO TO THREE’s commitment to ensure that leaders reflect the broad diversity of the infant-family field, we seek fellows who identify as a member of an underrepresented population, serve children and families in underrepresented populations, reside in diverse geographic locations, and represent a diversity of professions including, but not limited to:
