Responding to Maternal and In-Utero Needs for Mothers and Babies

Download Files Mar 28, 2022

It is important that clinicians and others who are part of the Infant-Toddler Court Team understand the importance of maternal and in-utero needs for mothers and babies.

This “Ask the Expert” session with Dr. John will provide a combination of information and open discussion that supports:

  1. Understanding the heightened risk for mental and physical health difficulties during pregnancy and the post-partum period
  2. Recognizing especially vulnerable populations for perinatal health challenges
  3. Understanding the impact of environmental and maternal factors on growing babies
  4. Empowering teams to utilize this knowledge to better serve growing families in their communities
