This factsheet documents the ways that states and territories represent infants and toddlers in their Early Learning Guidelines.

Early Learning Guidelines (ELG) or standards describe expectations about what children should know (understand) and do (competencies and skills) across multiple domains of learning during specific age ranges. The purpose of this factsheet is to document the various ways States and Territories represent infants and toddlers in their guidelines.
