In Washington, state and local partners work together to make it easier for families to find and access early childhood supports. Through a “connect the connectors” approach, early childhood professionals share knowledge, build relationships, and adapt how they work together. In Grant County and Grays Harbor County, community partners are bringing resources closer to families through public awareness efforts, trusted community relationships, and opportunities to connect with families where they already are. These efforts are helping create a more coordinated early childhood system where families can access the support they need.
