Cindy Hernandez, MPH is the Community Coordinator in New Haven, CT for the Infant-Toddler Court Team Program (ITCP) at ZERO TO THREE.
Cindy Hernandez has been working with infants and toddler for 6 years. Previously, she was a home visitor, supporting high risk families by providing them child development information, healthy pregnancy information, and parenting skill development, including traditional parenting practices. Ms. Hernandez is currently the Community Coordinator for the Infant-Toddler Court Team Program at ZERO TO THREE, helping support Safe Babies Court Team (SBCT) by facilitating coordination and collaboration among community stakeholders on the SBCT. Ms. Hernandez holds a master’s degree in Public Health at Southern Connecticut State University.
