Erinn Havig is the State Innovation Specialist for Safe Babies at ZERO TO THREE.
Erinn is committed and energized by looking at the strengths of relationships and partnerships and using this approach to deeply impact systems. As the State Innovation Specialist on the Safe Babies Team, the work she engages in includes strategic thinking TA around early childhood systems and prevention spaces, policy integration and working with many state leaders and other national partners to develop supports and resources. Erinn brings 25 years professional experience working in social services including 15 years working in community non-profits providing family support and parent education services to families in the community as well as a targeted focus on families in the child welfare system. Most recently, Erinn has worked the past 10 years working for the State of Washington implementing prevention and innovation programming from the state to prevent child welfare involvement while addressing the systemic racism present in our child welfare system and providing education and support to MSW students who are planning careers in child welfare. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University.
