Regional Field Specialist, National Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP)

Liza Leonard, MSW, LCSW is a Regional Field Specialist for the National Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP) at ZERO TO THREE.

Liza comes to ZERO TO THREE with over 30 years of experience working with our nation’s youngest and most vulnerable populations and is passionate about working towards larger-scale systems improvements that lead to lasting changes for children’s health and wellbeing. For the past five years, she has focused on designing and facilitating high-quality professional learning opportunities for adults, creating the conditions, processes, and structures needed for transformational learning. Liza earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Social Work from Florida State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has two creative young adult children and enjoys yoga, kayaking, hiking, and paddleboarding.
