Regional Field Specialist, National Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP)

Lynda L. Mallory, MS is a Regional Field Specialist for the National Infant-Toddler Court Program at ZERO TO THREE.

Ms. Mallory offers over 30 years of experience working with children, parents and families and is a recognized expert in child development, parenting and family systems. Ms. Mallory previously worked as the Community Coordinator for the Safe Babies Court Team in Frederick, Maryland and prior to that as the Family Court Evaluator for the Circuit Court of Frederick County. Her previous work experience includes contracts with the Department of Defense to implement Parent Education, Child Abuse Prevention and Sexual Assault Response programs on military instillations world-wide. Ms. Mallory has presented and taught both nationally and internationally on topics such as; brain development, co-existing posttraumatic stress disorder and substance use disorders, implementing the Safe Babies Court Team approach, child development, parenting, child custody, domestic violence and sexual assault. She is a member of ZERO TO THREE, The Infant Mental Health Association of Maryland/DC, The Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence, The National Council on Family Relations and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
