Molly O’Neil

Senior Research Analyst, National Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP)

Molly O’Neil, MPH, is a Senior Research Analyst for the National Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP) at ZERO TO THREE.

Ms. O’Neil has many years of experience working in applied research in pediatric health care settings. Prior to her role at ZERO TO THREE, she was the Senior Research Coordinator at the Children’s Evaluation and Rehabilitation Center at Montefiore, where she managed the research studies for the developmental clinic. In previous roles at the University of New Hampshire’s Institute for Health Policy and Practice, she managed multi-site learning collaboratives and facilitated continuous quality improvement projects across health care settings. Ms. O’Neil has her master’s degree in Public Health from the University of New Hampshire and a bachelor’s degree in Public and Community Health from Ithaca College.
