Community Coordinator, National Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP)

Tammy Keech is the Community Coordinator in Pulaski County, AR for the National Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP) at ZERO TO THREE.

Tammy Keech is currently the Pulaski County, Arkansas Community Coordinator. She has spent the last 30 plus years working in one capacity or another in the Child Welfare System. Prior to moving to Arkansas was a Family Support Specialist with the Alaska Center for Resource Families providing support and training to resource families throughout the state of Alaska. Ms. Keech and her family fostered for 17 years and adopted some of the children they fostered. She was also a shelter manager for adolescent girls who were runaways or needed a step down from Juvenile Jail or to transition back into Alaska after being in residential in the lower 48. Tammy is a strong believer in giving folks what they need to be successful. As a Community Coordinator for the Safe Babies Court Team, Ms. Keech’s goal is to help connect children and their families to culturally and developmentally appropriate services.
