Community Coordinator, National Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP)

Amy Swift is the Community Coordinator in Benton County, AR for the National Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP) at ZERO TO THREE.

Ms. Swift has a B.S. in Psychology along with 7 plus years of experience working with children in both the mental health and juvenile justice fields. Prior to obtaining her degree, Ms. Swift volunteered her time working with active-duty military and their families. She believes that mental health plays a role in all aspects of life, especially in parenting. As a Community Coordinator for the Safe Babies Court Team, Ms. Swift’s goal is to help connect infants, toddlers, and their parents to the necessary support systems as quickly as possible to help put them on the path to placement permanency.
