Families Ask Senate to Oppose “One Big Beautiful Bill Act”

This week, families are speaking up again to ask the Senate to oppose the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.

As parents from every corner of the country, we are calling on you not to cut the programs families, including our own, need to give our children the strongest start in life.

For the past nine years, Strolling Thunder families have come to Capitol Hill to share our stories with lawmakers and to ask you to support us and our infants and toddlers. They’ve taken time off work, navigated stairwells with strollers, and stepped into Senate offices to ask for one simple thing: that Congress write policies that put our children on the path to success.

This week, they are speaking up again to ask the Senate to oppose the A One Big Beautiful Bill Act — because the decisions the Senate will make will have lasting consequences for families for generations to come.
